PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE:

I'd like to WELCOME you to the Cassadaga Lakes Association website. We hope you will be a frequent visitor to our site to see what's happening in and around our lakes. Check out our calendar of events for 2011.

The three interconnecting glacial lakes which make up Cassadaga Lakes are home to great fishing from pan fish to muskellunge. This is a nature lover's paradise. Lucky individuals may get to see bald eagles, beavers, great horned owls, muskrats, mute swans, osprey, painted turtles or a nice fish swirling next to their boat.

Canoeing and kayaking are great fun in the calm waters of the Cassadaga Lakes. You may see fishermen, water skiers, tubers, and even swimmers in the lake all at the same time. Whatever the sport you're participating in on the lakes, please come and enjoy and respect those that are on the lake with you.

The CLA hopes that you will join us for your water sport activities. Our commitment to educational programs, water safety, water quality testing, and weed control helps enhance this wonderful water environment. Please do your part to protect the lakes and keep them beautiful for generations to come.

Naturally yours,

Thomas E. Cooper
